Highlight of 2023: AFS issued a special edition of the Town Crier to detail the many property tax stabilization or reduction programs available to our residents, along with creating a special webpage to share the same information to those individuals outside of our community. 146 applications were submitted for the tax stabilization program alone. ACS survey 2022 = 246 residents age 65+.
