Highlight of 2023: Our potato give-away was our biggest accomplishment. A tractor trailer truck load of 5 lb. bags of potatoes was given away to people in our community, mostly the elderly. The program was supported by the City of Auburn's Community Development Block Grant program, which allocated money to purchase deeply discounted bags of potatoes from a local grower for the benefit of those in need. Thousands of people participated in the program. We hope to repeat it again this year.
