Age and Ability-Friendly Bucksport: created a Bucksport area resource guide that includes an assessment tool to direct residents to the right services
China for a Lifetime: published an exhaustive on-line guide to resources, services, recreation, and information about the community
Age-Friendly Portland: translated and printed five versions of their resources guide - one in each of the most commonly spoken lanuages in the city
Age-Friendly Presque Isle: developed a resource refrigerator magnet
Age-Friendly Windham: fashioned a resource guide organized by domain
Virtual Fun and Age-Friendly Planning in Saco
Digital Equity
Age-Friendly Communities of the Lower Kennebec: partnered with National Digital Equity Center to offer smart tablets to residents in a one-year loaning program including training sessions to develop basic digital literacy skills
Age-Friendly Jackman: trains volunteers to provide technical assistance to residents who are challenged by their tablets, cell phones, or other devices
Age-Friendly Sullivan: advocated with their local broadband provider to extend high speed internet to underserved areas
