Structure: Leadership from Libby Memorial Library, with all-volunteer central leadership team

Highlight of 2023: Partnering with Biddeford Housing and Age-Friendly Saco, we facilitated the Comfortably Home program.  It was a wonderful resource to aid our Aging in Place initiative.  This program focused on home improvements for Seniors, specifically addressing health and safety and costing $2-$3K/home roughly.  There was strong interest in all three communities and a dozen senior home owners in OOB, applied and were accepted to the program.
